Recently let go. They told me my position was eliminated, only to find it was given to someone else within the week. All you hear is how much loyalty means, and then they do you like this. Find a better job and go there!
That's good old rent a center for you I've worked there in the past actually left the summer to much pushing sales to the same people that can't afford anything so then they try to steal and all you have is a application with a name on it saying approved no need to verify then they steal they are always under pressure the dms yell at you for sales all day harass you so most people make fake sales and the Friday so you can get that 6.9 you see all these stores down 5 down 8 oh those are the previous weeks sales event never ending bull at this place fake sales fake numbers make the dm look good for the day so happy I have a life now there schedule is so bad I agree they should let people ask for time off when you are burnt out and they keep slaving you it never ends well you have a co worker burned out and doesn't care about his or her job anymore Least now I have time to myself and can relax look out my window at the palm trees .
Don't work at this company worked all summer hard heavy labor asked for a few days off was told I have to wait a year and can't request time off till I get time so I quit slave labor u all summer and u can just request time off crazy to me
Yes, leave while you can. I predict a downfall for rto, just take a look at the Comapny financials, they do not make any sense. Do they? Some of you investors never really understand the business that you invest in, sad.
