Is there going to be any reorg or Coca Cola layoffs? Any chatter, news or rumors?

Yep, it's happening! Voluntary severance packages.
Former "blue shirt" here....is CCE outsourcing jobs overseas as much as the other team? "If you are not in direct contact with the product, chances are your job will be sent abroad soon, if not already". Many roles have been eliminated, consolidated or centralized as a preemptive move for a targeted layoff of a certain workforce.
Of the three options mentioned, the most important is to be well networked, then to show over the top loyalty to The Coca Cola Company and a very distant third your performance record.
After the last huge layoff, if you are still employed or were even promoted, it is as if you are now a "made" individual in the Mob. Short of committing a felony (and even that would not be enough if your network connections are strong enough) you are safe.
if you are well networked you are safe.
if not, it can happen any moment for you.
No. They've gone through the massive layoffs with the new management structure and the "correct/favored/networked" individuals are in place.
It would be embarrassing to the new management in place to have to admit that they didn't get it right the first time and go through another round of very public layoffs....any reductions will be more off the public radar scope and tied to individuals who didn't perform, haven't shown enough Coca Cola loyalty or fell out of favor within their current network structure.
