Thread regarding Lowe's Cos. layoffs

We need a Union NOW. Not only to get us cost of living adjustments that the company won't give us, but as a form of defense against changes the executives make that negatively impact us.

New associates coming in the door making $15.00/hr, I have been working at Lowes 4 years and I am only making around $12 dollars an hour. This has been going on since spring.

I have no sympathy.
This circus is on every single person who voted for this clown show. It's your fault especially since it was told to everyone what was going to happen beforehand.

Buy food and water, now, like yesterday. Any medicine you need, any pet food, etc. Once things start to really come unglued they will deteriorate rapidly. Think about transportation, home heating, any necessities involved in your every day life.

If Lowes is nhaving trouble getting part time help now wait til gas hits $5.00 a gal next year. Bidenageddon is rapidly approaching. Wonder what Marvs stock will be worth after the economy collapses?

Marv is obviuosly from the managerial school of thought, the more emplouyees that hate him the better job he's doing.

If he could pay you less he would. If he can find a part timer to replace your already low salary, he will. He a cares nothing about you, your family or your troubles. A pay raise, except for he and his merry band of retail misfits, ain't gonna happen.

Making more money per hour. The product you sale will cost more to make , that makes you pay more for the product. WHO WINS ?

Marvin’s answer is to eliminate full time positions and cut hours. He don’t care about us people making his money in the stores.
