What are your thoughts about potential HCA layoffs? Any chatter, news or rumors?

HCA laid off employees and won’t provide unemployment benefits either.
I was just “laid off” by HCA. Did not see it coming.
My job was cut.
They did layoffs across the board on August 16. It appears they targeted the higher salaried employees in the corporate offices for the first round. More layoff rounds are to follow. Managers weren’t even told their team members had been let go until after it happened. There are better ways to do things HCA. Very disappointing.

Currently evaluating the SA and NE positions. If your area isn’t supporting the specific matrix, then they are doing something. HCA ITS typically don’t layoff people but this might be the first time.
