That's why they took the "factory" out of the name.
They didn't want people to catch on to their factory like working conditions.
Check out the number of long standing higher ups that are leaving ie. abandoning ship.
Merging job titles. More ex-Ross management brought in. Inexperienced Supervisors screwing up.
Loss is greater if you take returns that don't come from the company because you are too unfamiliar with merch or just too lazy to read obviously unmatched ticket.
% of good merch slumping while garbage fills the racks. If you cater to clientele that wants $4.99 ripped tshirt as opposed to $50 suit jacket expect sales/profit to drop.
If a company can't afford to pay employees a living wage then they can't afford new hires right?
If a company can't figure out how to pay employees a living wage then they don't know how to run a company.
Blaming shipping containers when you build warehouses to fill with goods doesn't make sense.
Full time with benefits is very difficult to get but part time with hours ranging from one shift a week to every day is plentiful and not going away. Your schedule will fit their needs for a long as you can stand it. With competitive pay, I mean minimum wage of course.
No. Turnover is too high. Paying minimum wage and overworking people keeps people moving on. Most employees don't have benefits so it's no loss to the company. Anyone legal to work in the US is hired and they stay as long as they can stand it. It's a US sweat shop.
