I work for a maintenance shop in Morenci and the supervisor tries to train us to do everything. He said that whoever still left from the next layoff will have to know everything on the job. This company has very bad management. Many of them don’t know how to treat each other with respect.
It’s been slowing down. There has been not much work to do.

When they move everything into the mills, you will know that the mining is above to be over. What you expect the reason it is still running because the CEO's decision. If he keeps it run longer, he will continue to get pay until the mine stop. It's kind of a trick many people should know.
This copper mining does not make much money. Its profit is always low is due to all its expenses.
