Will there be any Costco layoffs? Any chatter, news or rumors?

Tire Center Employee here. We are understaffed and overworked. The quality of work isn't a priority it's getting cars done in under an hour. Reason? TC make little to no profit we are literally there to get people in the warehouse. So unless you come educated on your needs and car its gonna be challenging. Why? Because 90% of members will assume we know everything and then deny that we know anything. For example we recommend what to do and the member doesn't agree with the recommendation. This happens most of the time. So we are literally fighting people half the time on what they need to do. Have that happen over the whole day it adds up. This is not an excuse, but the TC has been hit just as hard as anyone else with everything else going on.
