Depuy Synthes group in West Chester has been cut, as has NYC Design organization. Just the start.. I'm afraid
Directors are going over project costs for Q3 Q4 and any talk of consultants has gone hush hush. Even the consulting companies are being told not to talk about but hold meetings with their contractors end of May and June for next steps. Many are out the door unless creative cost share between groups can be done.
Ethicon(Santa Clara Robotic Surgery) will definitely be on the list, bad reviews given to make the remaining employees leave.

Yes a WARN notice has been filed in CA. Definitely cuts coming to Med Device in Q1. Not a surprise. Assuming cuts across Depuy and Ethicon. Hopefully this time they will get rid of some of the clueless senior leadership that has been running med devices into the ground the past few years.
