Advice from my experience::::
If you intend to leave Lowe's, primarily because you can't stand the workload, it may be better to wait for a much better offer than to accept a slightly better one or not better at all.
I was overwhelmed here, I literally ran away from it and now in the new company I have similar, if not bigger workload.
Retail is doom and gloom.
