Unusually high number of people is leaving. At least that's my impression. While some try to present it as if people are leaving because they fear the vaccine and are looking for work in smaller companies, this is not true. People are mostly leaving, as they have so far, for other reasons.

Yes, I haven’t had any turn at my location but my team has been helping staff 3 other stores since July.
I’m of the opinion that turnover has exceeded hiring, to an extreme degree. And the more people that continue to jump ship, the worse off things are going to get.
