I was better the moment I gave notice. I had no doubt in my decision to resign. The only thing I regret is that I didn't leave earlier. Not only do I get paid more, but there is a lot less stress, and best of all, I finally have a manager who is reasonable.

I have to say, as an former fossil employee, the grass is ACTUALLY greener on the other side. No more of the unnecessary drama, no more bad management, and the life isn't being sucked out of me! Yay!!!!
Yes... especially when you no longer have to deal with troublemaker coworkers that convince management that others are the problem. That place has the most clueless management and HR staff!
It was an indeed pleasure to walk out of that environment!!
