It is clear that supply chain challenges are negatively impacting the company, but I fear what the situation will look like in the coming year if supply challenges do not ease up a bit?

Layoffs are coming, GE has supply issues, Covid, low orders in power. They have every excuse to use for cuts. It might happen after the 12/08 jab enforcement but cuts are coming to power in Schenectady. Could happen after the first of the year to avoid paying the bonus.
