Are the employees to blame for cutting a bunch of people to please themselves and investors, so now as punishment we have to work for several people because there is a terrible lack of manpower?
Are we here to compensate for their management mistakes?
I don't think so. For now, everything works somehow, colleagues and I break down from work so that everything works and they don't feel how many people are missing, but UP can't expect us to do that forever.

Suck it up or move on, this isn’t the old RR AND IT WILL NEVER BE AGAIN
Keep volunteering for overtime and signing off work you are not doing!
Ya no what the difference between being forced and volunteering is!
You are just a number. Once they wear you at you will be held out of service and replaced.
You shouldn't do it in the first place. Let it fail. They don't care about you AT ALL.
They do expect you to do it forever, or at least until you can’t anymore. They will then get some other poor su---r to do it.
Thank you for your service. Here’s a free jumbo hot dog with extra sauce
UP doesn’t care about you. You are expendable.
