Business at Harvard would never work at GA - you seem to suffer from mental illness. Areospace does not attract the best and brightest and GA gets the leftover overs from that group of individuals. GA works with what it can attract so the 99 cent market will always be the smart choice due to the type of employees GA can attract

GA is the king of the 99 cent market in areospace. You obviously have no idea what you are talking about… just give it time and another 99 cent market will open up and GA will win that contract… there are always low end markets that the big boys don’t want anything to do with!
