In the last 2 weeks people are taking control over their own destiny and choosing to leave Citrix. So many people are leaving or have left.

Citrix (was) a great place to work. The culture has changed over the last number of years to the point that some teams work in a toxic environment. Annual targets have soared, and commissions have been slashed on many product sets. Citrites now are being forced to sell what is right for Citrix, rather than for the customer. I would blame much of this on poor management and bad hiring choices... Citrix has increasingly chosen to hire from outside rather than to promote from within.
