I’m pretty sure I’m not going to survive this round and I’m trying to plan my kids Christmas. This time of year sucks because no one starts hiring people around the holidays.

Que sera sera the futures not ours to see que sera sera!
Bonus probably depends on local laws
The reality is TD doesn't need the headcount it has to manage its decline in a professional way. SM gets that which is a good thing for shareholders and bad for TD employees. It is terrible and I feel as for all of you that may get axed. I wish that never happen, that TD would be prosperous place to grow and all employees would be rewarded generously and have a lovely X-mass with their families... But TD is not prosperous, there is no new logo and customer base slowly but surely shrinks. Years in making, now it is simply impossible to innovate and catch-up with SF and cloud vendors. In this dire place, the good things is that migrations (cloud + vendor) are horrors and TD decline will last some years more.
You don't accrue bonuses. You're either there when they bonus or you ain't.
absolutely wrong about companies not hiring around Christmas. And you should negotiate a sign on bonus equivalent to what your TDC bonus would have been. Never been a better time to find a job
Hopefully all the attrition that has been going on will help stave off a layoff or at least reduce it's severity.
Do they at least pay the bonus for those RIF-ed, as of their last day with the company, even of adjustments are made later?
