I'm trying to learn as much as I can about the company before I accept. This seems like a good place to learn about the things that might not be mentioned on other sites like LinkedIn. I'm mostly interested in the company culture and how often layoffs take place. Any other info you can provide would also be appreciated. Thanks!

The company culture can be summarized with two words: NO ACCOUNTABILITY.
It is CYA culture.
Of course, if you accepted the offer in November then you must already know this by now.
