Really...your an id--t. The vaccine does'nt prevent you from getting it, or from your giving it to other people. It just lessons the severity of Covid if you get it. Many have had it already and got over it just fine. I love how you bleeding heart commies try to blame the unvaccinated and portray them as the bad guys.
People shouldn't need a vaccine mandate to have common sense or common decency.
Conveniently just received an offer letter for a electro-mechanical technician role that I will be accepting. $39 hr, no nights, no weekends, no holidays, and no forced jab!
We fought for this company through the pandemic and the company made record profits. Unfortunately, the company is unwilling to fight for my medical freedom and compensate fairly so it is time for this "essential" worker to move on.
Southwest employees proved a walk out works. Are BNSF employees spineless, or are we staging a walk out also?
I'm calling their bluff. They can't afford to lose any more workers... especially in the mechanical department. They are going to have a tough time this winter with their deferred maintenance program and skeleton crews. I will hold out and see if they fire me. I've got a few other jobs lined up just in case.
AGF Martin in Temple pretty much said anyone who wants to continue employment with BNSF will get vaccinated !
