Did you hear the woke cheerleader CEO refer to “salesmen” on the earnings call? Wow, what year are we living in? I wonder if KCC gets that cut out of the recording and transcript. Does that imply there is only one gender in that profession? Unbelievable in amidst all the D&I focus. SM needs to retake the training and apologize to all the female and transgender salespeople at Teradata.

Not surprised about the massive downvotes to the OP. San Diego's Trump Country, there are probably more colleagues here at TDC than I'd like to admit who're against DEI for the wrong reasons.

That would be SM's toxic white male privilege showing. Don't be surprised if he sacrifices some white male engineers to the layoff gods and wears a BLM t-shirt at the next town hall as penance.
He should walk the plank for this micro aggression. So many have been triggered by his insensitivity. So sad
I guess he showed his true colors. Revoke his D&I certification! Search all his past communications on gender to see if there is a pattern of insensitivity.
