Some managers are Great. Some have zero personality or have personal agendas and play games. Guess that’s everywhere but heck

Relax soldier. There are handful of these types everywhere but APA leadership's incompetence isn't evil. Get a grip, get your severance and leave. Working somewhere you believe has 'truly evil' on your own free will is on you, bud.
