Reasons why employees have no motivation to work

I'm mentally and physically exhausted, I'm constantly overworked, I don’t have a good opinion of my superior’s management style, I don’t like the general atmosphere, I watch mediocrities who are full of themselves and of course I will become demoralized...
The full list of reasons why good workers here are mostly completely demotivated would be too long...

I'm just waiting for the end in Dec 8. Still doing my job, but no longer going above and beyond. Didn't sign up for the United Way scam (no point), and haven't filled out the first peer evaluation in Workday. Haven't received any, either.

If you're a customer waiting for repair parts this quarter, you have my sympathy.

If working there brings you down, just remember where you were before you were hired. By the way, the job abandonment notice for 10 consecutive absent days rule is not in effect during the pandemic, ask H R for 2 weeks paid off because you are worried about getting the virus.

Buy a Dodge H-Cat or a full sized pickup truck. You will be motivated to work six or seven days a week like some that work here. Or get divorced and pay alimony and child support. You will have plenty of motivation.

Some people blame everyone else for their woes, but fail to look at themselves. You need to motivate yourself, not rely on others to motivate you. Look for something that motivates you, even if it is outside of GE.

If you don't like it so much, why don't you just quit. You are part of the problem! They're are places hiring everywhere.

Ahh suck it up you will not be saying that when your laid off. GE does not care about you at all especially how you feel. It’s all about the good ol revenue and profits. Maybe your not cut out for this type of work? Work hard like the D’s do and you might make something of yourself.
