GRA will build their workforce up when volume is there and cut you faster than they hired you! Okay place to work, they preach family culture but don't be fooled. You are a number and they are a machine. Also get as much money upfront, because they don't give raise. A processor of mine hadn't had a raise since GRA took over the company she worked for, 12 years!

Risk management team down to almost nothing. 95% laid off between January 2022 - June 30th, 2022.

I was laid of Nov 4 2021, i had only worked there 1 yr.
my friend worked there 6 yrs was laid off 3/2/22. I found out my other friend who worked for the Stearns division was laid off too, she had worked at Stearns for about 6 or 7 years before GR they laid her off. They suck.

I was hired and laid off, in 7 months, moved to a different department after 3 months making 25,,, o/o less, then laid off, after they hired .many new people. Not sure if they also got laid off. There is NO job stability in this company, I agree you are just a number.
