They are destroying the whole network. The worst customer experience imaginable. Customer says 3 guys trying to do install. Dont speak english. Smoking p-t outside. Nothing works when they leave. TC booked 5 days later. Sub without service since install for 5 days. We go back and the whole pdo is mangled. Its every day with the same nightmare stories from customers. Who was there last. Contractors. They are wrecking the whole build

Its hilarious how these execs , vp's, and upper management think they have things in control when they clearly dont. Things just keep unraveling and imploding on them and they know it. They should just admit how badly they f'ed things up by penny pinching and doing things the $hitty altice way and letting their best talent leave and put people in place who make the d-mbest decisions and have no experience.
