What has been the raise for promo this year? For snr to staff in a core team, the raise was less than 10% :(

Never heard of 15% raise even on promo case.
Typically promo % increase between 7-10%
otherwise it's around 3-4%
Staff -> Sr. Staff promo gave me 8.75%

This year same as last year...actually considering the misery in the base compensation raise versus the actual inflation we got a pay cut. Thank you qcom for acknowledging our hard work.....then management complains about senior staff going to the fruit company. We keep losing people to the fruit company on a monthly basis.
Inflation was above 6% so if you get less than 6% you lost purchasing power and in reality took a pay cut!
I think the norm is from 8% to 10%. However, it all depends on your current compensation. If your raise is less than that, probably you should be happy because your current salary is already above the average for your title.
3-4% is normal
