I get chills when the boss starts talking about his expectations, about the expectations of this company from us. Those expectations are always such that not even the most stellar worker would ever meet them. They give themselves a lot of importance, to make us feel not good enough and grateful that we have any job. It doesn't work that way anymore.
Maybe it's high time this company listened to what our expectations are?

Im happy to say myself and 2 fellow coworkers, will be leaving this month.Thankyou to the ex-employee who set us all up with local union jobs.I cant thank him enough, 1 of us is going to local3,the other 2 are going to local 25 Long Island. I refuse to be a number, I wanted to be treated like a person and now I will with full pension. I wish all of you the best of luck. We were a family at 1 time but not anymore, I will never let my family down for this place.Start to make your own career progression, 7 Guys did it already thanks to one smart ex-employee helping others out.
