The mandates and Executive Order 14042 are BS. He can’t legally make anyone do anything. It’s all a farce. UP is suckling off the same mammaries as the other slave masters. These aren’t vaccines. Just get a religious exemption
What would the basis be for a lawsuit? The vaccine mandate comes from the government and has already been deemed legal in the courts.
There IS one in the works regarding the arbitrary nature of their exemption process. The discovery is gonna be a doozy.
Bottom line is don't walk away, submit a sincere exemption and if it's denied just join in the suit or just hang out and wait for the favorable ruling for reinstatement and backpay.

He's not whining. Corporations should not be enforcing illegal government mandates. This is a valid legal issue, and there's nothing wrong with talking to a lawyer.
