301 Corruption?

There is talk all the time about corruption in 301 and federal investigations, but nothing ever materializes? What is the truth, or are people just posting vicious rumors? Nobody has been found guilty of anything.

JC has been right all along. Some of the elected officials including and after JC was in office that tried to enlighten the membership were pushed aside and others were forced out and left the union / company altogether. Think back to when RM and SF took office. When things didn’t add up and funds were being misused, people disappeared for weeks on end, and the board members could see it and nobody could / would explain it. At that time there was a select group of people that stood up for what was right and demanded answers. Those people were disciplined by the company and specifically singled out. RM, SF, CD, and others in the good oll boy club made the truth tellers out to be the bad guys and the company listened to them, and most of the membership listened to them too. People didn’t want change at the time and they were blinded by the constant bs that was going on, they allowed this atrocious consolidation agreement to get pushed through and made certain people out to be the bad guys that were just telling the membership how it was and how it was going to be. Tell me things haven’t gotten considerably worse since then? Tell me the things those guys were saying haven’t come true?

Now you’re all stuck with CD and SF. Nothings changed. SF promised to be gone over a year and a half ago and CD was promising his position to everybody under the sun. What happened to that? I remember a certain board member asking for his resignation latter and he wouldn’t provide it. They’re both a couple of crooks that’ll stab you in the back for fifty cents and keep on moving like it never even happened. They knowingly and willingly hid and continue to hide evidence of malfeasance, misappropriation of funds, straight up theft, and far worse. They do not care about the membership they do not care about YOU. At the end of the day Local 301 did this to themselves. How could y’all trust these people, especially with the information and facts you were presented way back then. The BA can’t even form a proper sentence. He’s letting people get shipped out the gate just because SC doesn’t like them and they don’t play along nice. You think CD and SF are going to negotiate a contract for you and keep your best interest at hand? Haha. Think again.

Retirees are big mad when they see what’s happening down there. Local 301 should’ve grown a pair and pushed back a little back when the leverage was there. It’s gone. It’s too late. Don’t worry, there’s lots of people in the real world that are hiring. Get yourself resumes ready, you’ll need them. This investigation is FAR from over. When everything comes to light none of these crooks will be able to hide anymore and they’ll get what they deserve. Best of luck to the good people down there that are suffering as a direct result of these people and the lack of leadership Local 301 deserves….

In all honesty it goes beyond 301. After the National sent reps to town to try and hide what had been going on, all they actually did was pull themselves into the illegal activity that had been going on for years. Maybe they didn't know, maybe they did, just how bad things where before they came to town. 301 continues to delve deeper into trouble, all while thinking there is nothing going on. Its bad enough they have taken CG out of daily work under the guise of working for national, now word on the shop floor today is, they have pulled another now fired 301 worker into the National fold. How incompetent do you need to be, to continue to pull the crooks together and continue to bury yourselves and your organization? The current 301 leadership will all be removed eventually, and those that enable them at the hall will also be removed. Why does it have to be this way? Are we really all surrounded by incompetent id--ts? Id like to think that's not the case, but damn ya'll are making it real hard to think otherwise. Now we are hit with the Corp. news of a business shake up, and its down right frightening to think SF and CD could negotiate a contract for us? They cant even understand what they have and are doing wrong, there is no way in he-l they could competently negotiate anything. The membership that elects and enables these folks are mostly to blame for this complete package. In the end, the membership will pay the hefty price, literally and financially. I hope there is a call for folks to step foreword and testify, I would race for the opportunity to tell what I know from the inside. I may no longer be a elected official, but I know enough to back up most if not all the claims that many think are all fake. JC was and is right, and I am smart enough to know, the majority doesn't have the ba--s or the integrity to admit it, publicly let alone privately. The truth will be told, and it always comes out on top. I just don't know if the unions and GE are going to be able to handle the truth in the end, its gonna cut deep when its all out, screen shot this, just so you can remember once again, you where warned.

They are going back, they already have and will continue. There’s no statute of limitations on how far back they can go. The criminal empire that was built under the guise of a Union is about to implode. It’s a fact that they are investigating as far back as when the original hall was sold. Questions have been asked to members about that specific transaction and where the profit from that sale was spent. The investigators know. I do believe that not every Union Rep. participated in the crimes but I do not believe they didn’t all know about it or suspect it. Only one of them did something about it. In all these years, only one attempted to make things right instead of just turning their head the other way. Silence equals complicity.

They should dig deeper, farther back and expose the PaPa’s dealings also. See exactly who gained the most from the “T Rate Deal”. Expose it all

Well said. You hit the nail on the head. Seems like the crowbar motel with all the amenities is where they belong.

Yup. Lots of corruption. The investigation is on-going. It will be 2 years in January. It’s considered a criminal investigation at this point. The federal investigator started interviewing people just within the past few months, which means their case is pretty much set, they have what they need, they’ll go after the criminals now. Federal agencies make airtight case’s before letting criminals know just how fckd they really are. The criminals basically hang themselves because they think they got away with sht. The feds told the hall they’re going to investigate at least 5 years back into the hall’s finances and dealings with the company. This is due to suspicious (criminal) activity found during the last administration. These type of investigations, especially when there’s so much corruption, take a long time. The reckoning will come next. Patience, it’s coming. The current administration defending the past administration, all while knowing that OUR MONEY was STOLEN and used for personal gain, while back door deals were made, also for personal gain, says everything anyone needs to know about 301. Maybe the corruption will end once the family ties break away, because that’s what’s keeping it going. Go JC.
