I'd stop ba----g the IP drum if your actually a part of it. There isn't a single project I've seen thru that department that you should consider a resounding success let alone be proud of it.

If you want to see an example of a sh1t show of a team, look no further than Infrastructure Planning. They are SURROUNDED by incompetent groups who unfortunately get to be part of all of our high profile projects. If it wasn't for IP's top of class skills and project management expertise nothing of value would ever get done for Enbridge's bottom line. We essentially carry all the weight on our shoulders but the group's we work with share in the credit.
Couldn’t agree more with the OPs statement. Poor work processes and terrible hiring practices.
