All I observed on the team updates to executives are trying to cover up, the bad news only get published when there are no other workaround to hide
whatever bottoms up feedbacks to be addressed on paper within mid-level managers, but left the bad taste in the mouth for concerned employee
Top exec forever like to hear Good, Improved, No issue, More efficient, less error, happy Engagement report, etc....the reality is too much cover up.....spineless leaders to pain the good pictures
