I just can't believe how much they consider their employees disposable commodities. To them we are all easily replaceable and our opinions are irrelevant. There is nothing positive to be said about the management of this company in relation to their employees.
If I was to ask my colleagues here when was the last time they felt dignified here, no one will know the answer

I work at a rival insurance company, same is happening with us. Good luck to the suckers that get stuck doing the work load of 3/4 people!

And where do you think you could go that offers unicorns and rainbows. It's business. You exchange work for money, nothing personal, and nothing more. I'd imagine truly great companies hire friends and families. Although I can't think of any company where employees don't complain.
