Everyone is talking about how BH needs to do something to fix the culture. I agree, culture is bad, but how do you expect it to be fixed? I think it is impossible to fix it anymore. Culture is irreversibly destroyed, my 2 cents.

No worries Bucky, the culture can be salvaged by hiring more wizards with advanced degrees from sketchy universities located in 3rd world countries.
Better yet, offshore all the jobs to places where they are willing to work for some rice and beans.
