what is jg3 legal counsel 100$ pir?
What is Downstream Commercial 100% PIR JG5-1? Is that similar to Downstream Manufacturing and Downstream P&T?
Bonuses are in 5% increments. Jg5 at 10%, 4 at 15%, 3 at 20%, 2 at 25%, 1 at 30%. Starting at jg2 you start getting a lot more stock options.
How about target bonus percentages for various JG?
I just checked my IPRO from last year and 100% PIR for JG4 is $150K. I am in Global Functions, so am sure it is much higher in Upstream.
In upstream, from what I have heard, there is a "regular" and "technical" pay scale. Many in upstream commercial are on the technical pay scale. T81o get an idea of the technical pay scale, take the scale posted below and drop the JG's down one. So the JG3 PIR below is JG4 PIR for the technical pay scale.
Difference between Upstream and Downstream scales is about $30k I think.
P&T JG2 is about $216k.
There are P&T people on both Upstream and Downstream scales.

JG4 here. For Downstream Manufacturing these numbers are very close, maybe SLIGHTLY low. That said, these numbers are very low for the same job grades if you're in P&T.

There's a 20% overlap between levels, so the bottom 20% of a SG4 would overlap the top 20% of SG5. in rare cases Shell does do 120% of PIR. But best to the calc's based off 100% PIR to figure Salary ranges for Job Grades.
PIR also depends on what pay scale you are on. JG4 Commercial PIR $175,000.
When I check it says pir is 150k for jg4
US-based. Hopefully $ sign was a clue.
Depends on your base country
They are all different by 20%. For example if jg5 is 100k then jg4 is 120k and jg3 is 144k
