A step in the right direction. UP says Dec 8 is not a cliff. Only because they know and can see what’s about to happen. Thousands would be off at one time! They can’t get furloughs to come back or even hire new people in mechanical department at least! Keep fighting the good fight and ignore the id--ts who refuse to see what’s going on. Chumps who stand for nothing!

Yea, I rather smoke a pack of harmless cigarettes a day before taking the vaccine. A hate when a corporation entity tries to force their rules and regulations on me. This is a free country. I don’t have to take this. I am waiting until January 5 and I’m sure they will realize they are making a big mistake. I am not complaining. I am just woke.
They will keep pushing it back at least into January. They don't want to fire people or have people quit in the 4th quarter, right before Christmas.
But in January, watch out. They might get really serious about it then. Or, more likely, they will keep pushing it back, month by month. No legal mandate, but more delay tactics.
UP won't fire you because of the attendance polices. Pools and extra boards are cut down seriously bad. Nobody is trying to hire on.
Do we even make that great of money here for what we put up with? I know that the price of everything keeps increasing yet my wages stay the same. I’ll be on my way to greener pastures after the deadline.
Yeah they know damn well what will happen if they push the mandatory vaccine BS. People are very much fed up. People are not taking sh1t anymore. The UP played the PSR game a little over three years ago. The UP was warned of the consequences of PSR, but did it anyways. Thousands of people lost their jobs over increasing the profits to the investors. Three years later, now we have a super-virus. Now the company is threatening the employees to get the vaccine or lose your job. What they probably didn't plan on was the record number of people leaving on their own, OOPS! They also still hold the worst employer rating for 3 straight years, have probably the most incompetent management I've ever seen, and are in complete denial that the company is falling apart. I'd be absolutely surprised if Fritz makes it another year.

We are not all going to be approved for religious exemption some can sell better than others! Even if you are not exempt you need to take a stand for your families. Not give in to this tyranny do it for your kids freedom not only your own!!! The best way to provide for your family is to protect their freedoms!

I don’t think there would be thousands off at one time like the poster says. Hopefully we don’t have that many stupid people working here that would give up their jobs due to not wanting to take a vaccine they should have anyway.
My work location is in meltdown mode. People don’t even care about the attendance policy anymore word is if you go over your points nothing is said because we are so short of manpower. I have met a very few who have turned in vax status whether vaxxed or not. This company better get it together because most people are fed up.
I support you and freedom loving people everywhere support you. If the we bow down to the forced forever shots, we have caved to tyranny. People need to wake up to the reality of evil we are now up against. This is a fight for freedom we must win. More people have died after the shots than pre shots. Stokes, heart attacks, cardiovascular damage is a real risk with these shots. Choosing what to put in our body is a right we don't want to lose. We are up against medical tyrants and a truly demonic future. The time to stand up for our rights is now.
