I will give notice soon because there is no point in being frustrated working for a pay that I can earn in another company without so much unnecessary stress. Management never seemed more clueless. I wish I wasn’t right but today I have definitely become sure that things will never change for the better here.

get out now. Apart from low pay, I realized after getting out how my skills have stagnated so much, and how far behind I am in terms of emerging tech.

GTFO. It’s a slowly sinking ship. Revenue has been declining for years.
OP, that sounds miserable and hopefully you find something better. I don't relate to things never changing, because I am working on something I think is important and feel like my group is improving. I am working more but I have less stress than 2 years ago.
