Diversity is actually a Diversion

Much easier for SM, KCC, HA, and NC to talk about social and woke issues like racism, gender, white privilege, se-ual orientation, climate change, …than why we are not winning any new customers or growing revenue. Diversity is actually a diversion away from the issues facing our business and we all just go along and get certified. Nothing listed above has anything to do with Snowflake eating our lunch.

Yea! What if MLK dreamed that people would be judged and hired based on the color of their skin, not their competence or character. This wokeness takes us backwards as a society and nation. The woke need to wake up and stop dividing people.

Leaders at one of the largest investment firms in the world, State Street Global Advisors, will need to ask permission to hire white men as it rolls out a diversity hiring initiative. MLK would not support this!

Teradata's Diversity and Inclusion is job security for the ELT. They know nothing about Teradata's business or technology or customers. The company is dying. So they turn their attention to se-ual preferences and other dividing biases. They are C- graded executives.

The beauty of this site is you can speak freely. If you said that in a Teradata town hall meeting you’d get canceled and fired. The managerial class is dictating your social and moral values. It’s true we don’t have issues with the things you list. Out issues are lack of innovation and failure to execute.

Diversity talk, as used by corporate america, is actually a method for division.
It is not intended to address a lack of diversity, but to provide a justification to increase it.
I don't know if Teradata attends these training sessions, but certainly their external PR and HR contractors have taken the classes.

Us against them, I always say.
Regarding corporate america.
