No this does not apply. Citrix isn't getting hit by the private business over 100 employee mandate. We are getting hit with the Government Contractor mandate, which is a totally separate thing.
I'm pro vaccination myself, but I hope this ends up getting struck down in courts. I got the vaxx, and I got Covid, I'm as safe as safe can be. I don't need the government mandating people that are WFH get a damn vaccination to save the nation.
It’s just a way to chase more people out before the layoffs so they don’t have to pay packages.
If manglement have to choose between a fine from Florida or losing all that sweet money from Fed Gov contracts, they will choose the fine.
Plus, Norwegian Cruises already successfully sued to prevent a fine, so I think Citrix is counting on not getting fined.
