A voluntary round would be ideal. I'm ready to leave but after more than a decade, I'd hate to miss a chance at severance. If it wasn't for that, I'd be long gone. As it is, I've now been here longer than I planned. I keep coming here in hopes of hearing something, but so far no luck.

Move on. It can't change back to the company it once was. It doesn't know how.
I was one of the people that was laid of years ago and I highly recommend leaving. Best thing that ever happened to me. I was sad at first but how people work there now with the constant threat of loosing their job is beyond me. Devon’s core values and reputation use to be so appealing to me and I was proud to work there. Now it is just a embarrassment and a shadow of what it was 10 years ago. Many of the people I worked with have moved on. You should reach out and see who you know that can help find you a new position in a new job. You would be surprised how much happier you will be.
Don't put your life on hold, get out.
I gutted it out as those golden handcuffs are strong.
The day of my release was definitely bittersweet.
Good luck on it all
That’s Devine née long term infinitive plan. Hold a severance over everyone’s head in the hopes they get walked out. Lol yay Devon. Time for some frapacinos and ice cream at NEBU lol
