No one who does their job well enough can stay here long. Either they leave on their own because they realize that at WD they can't reach their full potential, or WD gets rid of them very easily, because there isn't much room here for those who excel at what they do. Why is that so? I do not know.
Unfortunately, I see that this is becoming an ideal company for mediocrities.

I Work from home, only couple hours every day. This company is not worth working hard. My manager is so lazy. He does not even work one hour every day. He goes shopping all day.

a lot of good initiatives and thoughts put up by upper. but that is good on paper only
