How many people do you know who are trading in their Ford for something new, usually foreign? I see it happening more and more. If this continues to happen, it could turn out really bad for a lot of us. I really hope the leadership straightens out and starts working harder on reversing this trend.

Ford have couched themselves as a one product company. If it’s not some variation of a pickup truck there’s zero interest from corporate.

The company is like Taz spinning into the ground. Hope they love their train station!
The base is shrinking. Ford lost many retirees when they terminated our healthcare. Ford made a tough choice and so are the retirees.
Consider yourselves compensated in full with every paycheck because that’s all your going to get.
'Hope' is not a method. They don't have the foresight, bench experience , or drive to do what is needed. Its like teenagers at a mall kiosk job, but they are running everything.
