Nice to see union leadership at least in one state figure out what they have done by voting blue for years.
The head of the local machinist union in Wichita, KS say he will not vote blue again and is telling the membership the same thing.
Unions brought you the mandates, hopefully its not too late.

Boeing needs to stop sticking their nose in people's personal life and religious beliefs. Boeing sure as he11 don't have a right to demand to know employees or retirees medical history.

So far, no major religion has come out in opposition to the COVID-19 vaccines. In fact, prominent religious leaders are endorsing them. Pope Francis has told Catholics that getting vaccinated is "an act of love," for example.
As long as Boeing has a major presence in WA they must succumb to WA politics and Jay Inslee to maintain their subsidies and tax breaks. If I could leave Boeing, I would. If Boeing could fire me, they would. Pickle.
If Boeing follows through with this asinine idea and terminates experienced Boeing employees because they refused to take a questionable vaccine you can count on Boeing's costs to rise sharply. Because trying to replace experienced employees with Losers from off the street who have zero experience in doing the job, and probably can't even pass a dr-g test is Stupid. Because all the rework that's going to be required with a bunch of new no skilled employees is going to cost Boeing millions of extra bucks week after week, no matter what the Boeing stupid MBA's and the Beancounters preach. Look at the crappie planes Charleston SC builds due to their stupid and low skilled employees. Boeing will never admit it but Charleston SC was a huge mistake from the start and still costs Boeing big bucks now. Several Airlines have told Boeing they refuse to take planes built in Charleston.

The Boeing Talking Head that tried to come off as a Expert when talking about vaccines to our group. Has no Science or Engineering degree but as anyone at Boeing can guess a MBA. We all know how bad MBA's have screwed up Boeing.
When asked why some one who has had COVID and recovered so has developed a natural immunity needs to get vaccine which is probably a risk in itself. The Boeing MBA Talking Head feel back to thier taking points sheet they memorized. Ok MBA we know you are an Expert regarding the vaccine even though you flunked your high school level Science class.
Since Boeing is forcing people to get vaccine to keep their job. Anyone who has a sever reaction deserves the right to sue Boeing. None of the Boeing so called Vaccine experts preaching to the Boeing flock are practicing Doctors and probably have not treated anyone personally they preach to. But they sure get paid a lot of bucks by Boeing to tell everyone how safe the vaccine is. I heard a so called Boeing expert preaching today and they showed a graph of numbers of deaths probably due to the vaccine. The expert stated they were not concerned with the number of deaths. I could not believe this Id--t said that. What if this was someone's parents in the numbers of deaths this Boeing expert stated they were not concerned about.
Last year at the start if the virus, Boeing waited to long to close down and the mechanic in Everett died, I hope his family sued Boeing over that. Boeing is all about profits no mater what they preach. I wonder if the safety of employees is even on Boeing's radar.

So now that I have received the vaccine I can still both catch Covid and pass it along as easy as those that are non vaccinated but with limited symptoms I won't even be aware I'm doing so. Makes as much sense as anything else Boeing is doing.
