Walked away a year ago. I was petrified that I was making the biggest mistake of my life. While it was a bit rough at first as it usually is with any new position, I'm now in a much better place than I was a year ago. I just wanted to let the people know that it gets better. Take it for what it's worth.

Everyone, don’t waste away your career in a mediocre company.
After SF had RP removed from the BOD and the Mariner merger was completed the company began going downhill!! The people on this site who weren't there before Mariner or at least before JC rose to the top don't know the old Apache that was truly a great place to work!

This late in the year I think a lot of people are just waiting for that phantom stock to kick in early January and then they are gone… maybe stick around until bonus as well but that’s about it.
Has anyone who replies on this site been at Apache since before JC took charge?
