Simple issues they do well with. Anything off the script and you will spend an hour on the phone or chat line and still not have an answer.

This was back in 1992. My coworker worked at the Help Desk in Building 2, Light Truck. Someone called the Help Desk and said, “My foot pedal is not working.” My coworker said, “You mean the mouse? Take the mouse off the floor and use your hand not your foot.” True story.
