No wonder UP is in so much of a mess. Just look at this example from the OP. No thought, no details, no clarification.
Hearne is a railyard in Texas. They also have a large scab shop that repairs tank cars on the other end of town. It is also the only place that Walmart had shuttered its store cause of employee thefts (says a lot).
