My stock looks great. Keep failing. A companies job is to make money whether you like it or not.

How to "psr" a railroad. Step 1 cut all the boards until movement ALMOST stops. 2. Increase train length until nothing fits in any siding. 3. Do not do any maintenance on anything. 4. Ensure every train has a work event at every terminal. 5. Cut the amount of available carmen to handle the new amount of set outs and pick ups

Decrease the number of locomotive's placed on trains. 7. Place all the "unneeded" locomotive's in storage. 8. Never EVER under any circumstances take a locomotive out of storage. 9. Hire managers that have never seen a train, and take all their authority away by micro management. 10. Never EVER hold any if your subcontractors accountable. 11. Ride, harass, bully, tey employeeys. Or alternately 12. Allow tey employees to drag their feet. 13. Increase dispatcher area to the point where a prompt response is impossible. 14 and this is the most important part. Ignore dead crews sitting on trains staring at a FRED from another dead train and never, ever send out a ride to get them off the train. Just keep saying no rides are available. 15. Sit back and call the resulting chaos profit.
