This company needs to think a little about the consequences of its way of managing.
It's becoming almost impossible to complete some jobs. Something that has recently started will not be completed on time because the colleagues I am working with have given notice. How is your work affected by the fact that people are leaving en masse?

You adapt and try to do the work with less people. Morale is awful but we just here for the RSUs until some better comes along.
They do not care. You're dealing with people that are psychopaths. They don't give a ****. All they care about is stock price and profit.
