KPMG is allowing its employees full time WFH going forward. Seems like a great way to recruit away everyone else’s accountants and finance professionals. Hopefully OXY follows suit.

Engineers and Geoscientists have and can be at their best working from home fulltime!
I agree I think oxy needs to allow full time WFH for the non engineer disciplines. I’m in land and I work longer and more productively from home without the commute and butts in seats office mentality.
Go work for KPMG if it’s so great over there. Enjoy that KPMG salary. LOL!
Accountants can count virtual beans from home. Engineers and geoscientists cannot be at their best as a team when physically separated for the entire week. What more do you want then what Oxy has set up? Do you want lots of money for no work?
