I hear more and more often my colleagues saying that they will no longer work hard, that they only work the bare minimum now and that they would even like to be laid off.
Really? Do people really not care about their jobs here anymore?
When I hear such statements, then I feel pretty silly that I’m still trying to keep my job here, at least until the day I find something better.

When did we get Union Leaders?
Anyone who likes this job at 273 these days is a delirious fool to the fullest extent of d/:mbness. This poster person will be forced to find something after you get laid off and will deserve it. This place looks like it is struggling to keep union members busy and production up. This place was awesome to work for in 2011. Now it plain out sk’s and those post 2011 employees who think differ. Those ones are the supreme ignorant ones and deserve to be left out high and dry at the unemployment line. I’m waiting for the layoff so I can volunteer to take one and the payout. This place GE 273 is a horrible place to work these days. The onion leadership has no guts and let’s the company walk all over the membership. The treatment towards us union slaves from 2011 to now has dropped 10 fold. Refund all union dues to ALL 301 members from post 2011. I’m ready for my walking papers and I have marketable skills and I will make more than I am working here. Give me the payout! Come on our fearless onion leaders!
