This company doesn't give a sh-t about you. They expect you to dedicate your life to them, work 70 hours a week and not have any objections. Employees are kept in the dark and managers are less than transparent. Managers do not have any interest in helping you grow your career and reviews are obligatory and say nothing specific. Even if you have perfect performance you never get an actual raise...there is no kind of employee appreciation. Upper mgmt separates themselves from the rest of the staff and have no interest in hearing new ideas or ways to be more efficient. Do not recommend.

It has been getting worse for years now. No one should be surprised at this point. Nothing changes if nothing changes people. Find a new job.

I agree about bad managers with many companies. I know Intrado is not an employee friendly company but every manager I have had has been very attentive and supportive.

The team constant updates, ideas and suggestions. Cant blame the company if the manager is the wrong person for a mgmt member. sounds like you have a bad mgr which can hAppen at any company. I wonder if this is contained just to certain groups or divisions? Our team is supported by our mgr DAILY! our mgr definitely works the most hours on the team. Sorry to hear that is not the same across the org.
Yep. About the same at any company.
John the CEO has been less then "transparent" from day one & now the whole business is up for sale so why would anyone care anymore?
