So Shell let go a bunch of CR positions not long ago, but now is hiring external for a CR position in Canada. I thought Avanti had it all sorted out.

Avanti the Disaster?
- One of the roles is like 3 roles rolled into 1, no one internally likely wanting 3X the work for same pay.
- The other, Indigenous Relations, an area where few left internally capable or willing.
I checked out the external postings for Calgary on the Shell website. It appears most of these jobs were first posted internally in Sept. If HR and management are working hard to find people jobs internally why are there 7 positions for Shell posted externally?
