My store is in district 1282. We have a ton of COVID in the store and their hiding it. Tons of people have it but not if you ask management. They want you to tell them if you have it but they wont tell you if the employee you work with all day has it. Their worried more about the money then us. Make sure you put that in your stupid survey before it ends.

If you are vaccinated or have already had Covid ? What are you worried about ? We are not going to eradicate the Corona strain of Influenza. Nobody wants to get sick from any virus . The best we can do and have done since the dawn of time is build immunity. Remember this virus has a 99% survival rate . I heard more kids died of seasonal flu in 2017 than in the 2 year span of Covid .
Right now this is an endemic, it is no longer a pandemic. Covid will be around forever and we will all get it whether we are vaccinated or not. Do what you can to protect yourself and your loved ones and move on.
If some one tests for covid they get paid leave from the company and the individual store has no control over it. The case management teams asks the positive associate questions and review CCTV to see who there were exposed to. If someone never gets tested for covid, their isnt really anything a store can do
I’m guessing that the HIPPA law prevents them from disclosing medical conditions of employees.
Same thing in my store in CT, I worked with someone everyday who got it and he had to call me to tell me he had it. Lowes wouldn't tell me even though I worked with him 8 hours a day.
Contact your county health department.
Everyone is going to get covid eventually. Get over it.
It's animal in origin so its never going away, ever. It's part of life from now on and forever.
The political fear mongering is what needs to stop.
